Bunny Days~!

There's a football soccer field in my school just like any other normal schools. But wait! What are those fluffy brown things over there? Bunnies! OMG!

Three little bunnies on the field~~~

This is not a typical thing that I get to see everyday!

Woah more bunnies at the side, big and small! So many of them! And squirrels too! My mouth just got wider because I just discovered a forest path in my school. WOW.... I wonder where it'll lead me?

I walked around the area to kill some time while waiting for the next bus which will be due in 40 minutes. Nobody come out here much so it's kinda eerie. I found many of these holes on the floor. Are they rabbit holes?

Too bad it's not big enough for me to climb in, I've always wanted to go down the rabbit hole into the fantasy world like the one in Alice in Wonderland! >v<

~ Meal time ~
When I got home hungry, I made omurice for my lunch.

Obsessed with bunnies, I tried to draw a bunny figure on the omelette....

BUT....

I PHAILED!

(╯°□°)╯︵( .□.)

The squeezer in uncontrollable!!! It squirts a massive amount of ketchup at the speed of light and the flow will stop so suddenly. I was so sad because I specially got this ketchup bottle to draw nicer omurice drawings.

SIGH... here's my scary result:
Mistakes do happen. Even when I tried to fix it, it was not cute at all! T.T
I don't have any inspiration at the moment and my stomach was grumbling noisily.

Oh well~ Let's eat the scary bunny!

Honestly, I think thousand island taste better with the omelette compared to ketchup :P

By the way, I'm listening to Bunny Days by Milky Bunny (Tsubasa Masuwaka) at the moment ♥

my youtube playlist is just like an MTV channel playing in the background ^-^

Yes, I do get annoyed at those advertisements interrupting my songs.

That's all from me today~!

Yakisoba Pan!

Ah, time to EAT! My favorite pastime and hobby! LOLZ!

Since I had some fried noodles left from the previous meal where I made some noodles for the Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki, I decided on that meal. I took it out from the fridge, heat it up and realized it's not enough to make me full! So what do I do? HAH, I decided to eat it with bread!

Yakisoba + bread = Yakisoba pan!

I spread some okonomiyaki (or brown) sauce on the toasted bread and just put the yakisobapasta on top.

TaDa~

Yakisoba Recipe:
Noodles (use soba, but since I don't have them, I used pasta)
Onion
Garlic
Sliced Cabbage and Carrots (I don't have it :X)
Sliced Meat (I was too lazy XD )
Okonomiyaki Sauce (Or just use Brown Sauce)
Ketchup
Soy sauce
Paprika Powder
Black Pepper

Owkay, I know this is a very lazy yakisoba pan attempt. Next time I'll cook a better version when I have time to go shopping for ingredients. See ya!

Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki

Yo hai~ minna! How was your day today? ^-^

Me, I was feeling so relief after all my assignments and exams that I decided to cook something special to celebrate! Finally I have some free time to cook properly!

~ Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki ~

Recipe:

- For the base mixture
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Shredded Potato (bad idea, it sticks! I recommend not putting or use sweet potato instead)
  • Chicken stock
  • Salt
  • Walkers Chips :X (but honestly Doritos taste better, I mean follow the proper instruction please, use Tenkatsu. Don't cheat like me XD )
- Fillings
  • Chopped Cabbage / Lettuce
  • Slices of meat (beef / pork / chicken / swrimp / fish)
  • 1 Egg
  • Noodles (I used pasta noodles)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Instructions:
- Pour some base mixture in the pan and immediately put lettuce on top, followed by slices of meat. Then cover it with some base mixture and flip it. Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 mins at low flame.

-At the other pan, fry an egg and break the yolk when it's 20% cooked. Then put some fried noodles on top when the egg is half cooked.
(Fried noodles were fried earlier with onion + okonomiyaki sauce + tomato sauce + soy sauce + teppanyaki sauce + whatever seasoning you want)

- Now back to the other pan. Take that earlier section and put it on top of the noodle egg portion. And then flip everything over!

It should look like this! Oh wait, it's a fail! Noodles are sticking out! D: need to push them back to hide then under the egg.

- Spread okonomiyaki sauce on top of the egg and squeeze some mayonaise (or thousand island sauce) on it. Then decorate with seaweed and a dash of paprika powder.

TaDa~!

Looking good!

It's quite challenging to move it onto my plate... huhu...

It's finishing fast!

Yum Yum!

Even the neighbourhood cat wants a bite!

Too bad I can't open my window any bigger than 3cm... I can't invite salem in. Poor Salem, he can only enjoy the free smell D:

Oh well, more okonomiyaki for myself! :P

Hope you've enjoyed my lousy simple recipe here~ ^-^
